Cancellation Policy for Our Vacation Homes
Cancel Family Style
We keep our guests’ money in their pocket, just like family.
If you are forced to cancel, you don’t lose your pants with us and have to take out a second mortgage for your next vacation.
How about this for cancellations?
- If you need to cancel up to seven days before arrival, you will get back everything – all your deposits. And there is no requirement to re-schedule – just if you want to.
- If you need to cancel the week you’re coming – 7 to 2 days before arrival, we know that you sure don’t want to do this so we just we just ask you to help us out with just one night’s fee as “cancellation” and we give you back all the rest.
- If you are forced to cancel a day before or on the day of arrival, we’ll happily still re-schedule you and apply everything on deposit to that new reservation. If you have to cancel, we know it will be for a good reason so we’ll re-schedule or give you almost all your deposit back. Yes, back to you.
And say “We’re so sorry – see you another time, we sure hope.”
