Mercedes and Carlos Franco

This is our vacation cabin in the woods – actually a small group of three of them. We are over the moon that we were able to find a place for us and our family to vacation in Pigeon Forge. In a few years we hope to retire here.

Our cabins are economical – that’s what we wanted for ourselves and our guests – an economical vacation home.

How were we fortunate enough to find the cabins?

• The Calhouns have been looking for homes for us and found the cabins as a small group.
• Then, Mike Dias, the husband of Samantha – the lady who runs the cabin reservations and cleaning for Arbors. took over the renovations and installed tongue and groove wood paneling throughout, a new bathroom, kitchen, flooring, and hot tub. Mike works on the Arbors cabins to keep them ready for our guests, while his wife welcomes our guests.
• We have done the decorations and the AC. That was an easy one for us as I am in HVAC guy and have my own installation business down in Florida.

Our home is near Tampa. We have two children – getting older now and moving onto college.
